Du kan v\u00e6lge at tr\u00e6ne p\u00e5 egen h\u00e5nd og efter \u00f8nske booke en opf\u00f8lgning, hvis du skal have tilpasset dine \u00f8velser. Du kan ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5 personlig tr\u00e6ning, s\u00e5 du er sammen med din Sportsfys under tr\u00e6ningen og ikke er i tvivl om hvordan \u00f8velserne skal udf\u00f8res og hvor meget belastning du skal have p\u00e5.<\/p>\n
